Stop Sexualizing Texas Kids

Whether it's through media, advertising, or school curriculums, our children are being exposed to sexual content at an alarmingly young age. This not only puts their mental and emotional well-being at risk, but it also robs them of their childhood innocence and undermines their healthy development.

As your representative, I will work tirelessly to ban the sexualization of our Texas kids. This means advocating for policies that protect our children from sexual content in media, advertising, and yes...even school curriculums.

Together, we can create a Texas where our children are protected from sexual exploitation and predators, thus allowing them to grow up in a healthy and nurturing environment.

Along with the Republican Party of Texas, I will work for repeal of the Texas Penal Code “Obscenity Exemption” 43.24(c), which allows children access to harmful, explicit, or pornographic materials and 43.25(f)(2 3), and which allows sexual performance by a child.  I also pledge to author and support any and all proposed legislation working to repeal this portion of the code!
